Bougie isn’t just the name of my practice. It’s my last name and describes what I do: elevate.
Hey there, I’m Ryan Bourgeois. I’m an FNP (family nurse practitioner) and the owner of Bougie Aesthetics in Fort Worth, Texas where I elevate the natural beauty of my patients. With over 15 years of nursing experience and a love for beauty, Bougie Aesthetics was born. It’s a blend of my two primary interests: medicine and art.

ER actor by day, ER nurse by night
My love for all things creative began at an early age as I dove into art, acting, and painting. But growing up, my compassionate heart led me to medicine. So, I found a way to do both.
A never-ending drive for adrenaline led me to Emergency Medicine where I became a Registered Nurse. Meanwhile, I relocated to Los Angeles, California to chase my dream of acting in soap operas.
Before you know it, I landed several small roles on medical-related soaps like General Hospital and Days Of Our Lives. Along with acting, I began consulting for both shows to bring more accurate believability to the medical scenes. It’s funny - I was practicing medicine in front of a camera by day, and practicing real medicine at night.
Aesthetic medicine is an art
While studying at Texas Tech and working in the ER, I was introduced to aesthetics. Immediately, I fell in love!

Blending these two careers has been the biggest blessing, and I was ready to make it my own. After 11 years in sunny LA, I was ready to return home to my Texas roots. Once I settled in Fort Worth, Bougie Aesthetics was born.
At my own practice, I’m constantly learning new trends and advancements in the field so that my clients receive the best treatments and results available. Helping clients look and feel their best is what drives me and fuels Bougie Aesthetics.
